Denim is in its element at the mo as a mega trend for Autumn Winter 2016. Designers have been exploiting its versatility by experimenting with weaving, dying and patchwork. Back pockets are taking centre stage and being sewn on as front pockets. Denim jackets are being sewn into dresses, whereby the dress merges with the jacket, a daring equation designed by Lutz Huelle. Which means you would never have to worry about where to hang your jacket.

A wave of Moscow designers at the moment are taking inspiration from the 80's and 90's sportswear and ski wear. Work the elite athlete look with designer boots or do kitsch 'sporty street' with nylon and graphic prints. Like the ghetto blaster back in the day, the louder the better when it comes to colour, with flourescent mix n match bold shades and no colour co-ordination necessary.
